Catherine Jack appointed Group Talent Acquisition Lead

Manx Financial Group (MFG) have announced the appointment of Catherine Jack as Group Talent Acquisition Lead.

Catherine, who has enjoyed a highly successful 25-year career in international executive recruitment across the financial services sector, has been acting as a specialist search consultant for MFG over the last three years.

She now joins the Group in a full-time capacity, to spearhead recruitment across all areas of the business. The role will be to assist the Group in making strategic hiring decisions relating to operations, audit, risk, sales and IT. 

Recently, Catherine has been instrumental in recruiting a number of staff at Conister’s new UK headquarters in Basingstoke, Hampshire following the announcement that Conister Bank have now applied for a UK Branch deposit licence.

Commenting on the appointment, Group CEO Douglas Grant, said: “The expansion of our existing HR operation is a clear indication of our intention to pursue a high-quality recruitment programme, at a time of exciting growth. Catherine said she intended to hit the ground running and was very optimistic about the direction in which the new recruitment drive was heading. “My aim is to complement the existing capabilities within the Group’s HR team, to help bring in the most talented people, in order for the Group to deliver its commercial objectives.
