While Tower’s name is changing, their experienced and knowledgeable team, core values, and dedication to delivering market leading products and services will remain exactly the same.
What does this mean for Tower customers?
- There will be no disruption to your insurance policy that you hold with Tower.
- If you pay your insurance premium by direct debit to Tower, the name on your bank statement will change from “Royal SunAlliance” to “Intact Insurance”. This change will happen automatically, and you do not need to take any action regarding this. The sum collected by direct debit will remain the same and will not change for your current contract of insurance.
- Tower’s contact telephone numbers, postal address, and office location will remain the same.
- Tower’s email addresses will change to a new email domain, which will now be @intactinsurance.co.uk.
- You will start seeing Tower’s new name and brand on your policy documentation, Tower’s website and communications over the coming weeks.
