Edgewater Delivers Strong Turnaround Performance in 2024

MFG’s 2024 profit before tax rose 41% to £9.9m, driven by Edgewater’s strong turnaround following its 2023 restructure and renewed focus on operational excellence.

In 2024, Manx Financial Group (MFG) profit before tax rose by an impressive 41% to £9.9 million up from £7.0 million the previous year. Edgewater, the Isle of Man’s largest independent financial advisory firm and a key subsidiary of Manx Financial Group PLC, has reported a strong financial performance for the year ended 31 December 2024, marking a significant turnaround following its strategic restructure in 2023.

Edgewater’s transformation has been driven by a renewed focus on operational excellence, client service, and cost discipline. The restructure has enabled the business to streamline operations without compromising the high standards of financial advice it provides.
